Information you will need to supply
  • Claim form
  • Invoices for treatement including details and dates of treatment
  • Any veterinary reports
  • Post mortems in the event of death or humane destruction

In the event of illness or injury:

YOU

  • Must call the vet immediately
  • Must inform Amlin Plus immediately
  • And Should the worst happen you must have a Post Mortem done to identify your horse and the cause of death
