What happens in the event of a dispute?

In the event of a dispute between Amlin Plus's veterinary surgeon and the insured's veterinary surgeon with regard to the:

• Calculation of the stallions fertility percentage
• The cause or treatment of the stallions sub-fertility, inability to breed or inability to achieve pregnancies
• Management of the stallion and his breeding programme
• The condition, cleanliness, soundness for breeding or pregnancy status of any mares,

The Amlin Plus veterinary surgeon and the insured's veterinary surgeon appoint each a further veterinary surgeon and these 2 veterinary surgeons appoint a third - to form an Assessment Panel of 5 veterinary surgeons.

The majority verdict of the Panel is final and binding on both parties and costs are divided equally between Amlin Plus and the insured
